In order for us to prepare your Reservation Acknowledgement, please provide the following information:
- Lead Passenger Name (as it appears on the Passport)
- Dates (arrival/departure)
- Total number of Guests (adults/children)
- Accommodations Type
- Payment Type: PayPal
1. Once you commit to your travel dates, please complete the Reservation Request Form and let us know the size of your party and accommodations requested.We will then email the resort to reconfirm availability. You will receive a response within 48 hours or sooner except for sister resorts which take 72 hours.
2. Once the resort confirms availability, we will email you a “Reservation Acknowledgement” to read and respond with your payment. We can only guarantee your reservation when payment is received in full. Please note: For all reservations made 3 months to 1 year in advance, payments are due within 7 days. For reservations made during holiday seasons, payments are due immediately upon notification of “availability confirmation”. Please note: We only accept payments via PayPal.
3. Once reservation form is sent to the resort, please allow anywhere between 3-5 business days to receive your Booking confirmation with a confirmation number from the resort. Upon receipt, we will email the booking confirmation information to you. Please do not make any flight arrangements until you receive a booking confirmation number from the resort.
4. When you book your flights it is important to email the complete itineraries to us right away so that we can forward the details to the resort for your complimentary round trip transportation to Puerto Plata Airport (POP).

- Airline and flight number
- Travel dates
- All departure and arrival airports and any connecting flights.
5. As we get closer to your departure date we will re-confirm your airport transportation with the resort.
